Natural nutritionists Kirsten Chick and Nicki Edgell run workshops that explore our female cycles, and how we can restore hormonal balance using a natural approach. They have a wealth of experience and expertise, and a commitment to helping women enjoy the different phases of their lives, free from pain, discomfort, depression and anxiety.

So they will be showing The Moon Inside You, a wonderful film that explores the cultural taboo of menstruation with creativity and humour. It aims to offer not just women but also the male audience the chance to achieve a greater understanding of a neglected yet important human experience. So men, women and teenagers are invited along to see the film, with a Q&A session afterwards with Nicki and Kirsten.

Then Kirsten and Nicki are running a follow-up Balancing Hormones workshop (1-5pm - £40) for women from teens to 90s, who would like to find out practical ways to connect back in with our moon cycles, and support the processes of menstruation and menopause in a natural way.

Our hormonal balance affects our health and wellbeing on all levels, from mood and energy levels to menstrual health and bone density. Come and explore our natural cycles, as well as what's behind issues from period pain to fibroids and endometriosis, from hot flushes to osteoporosis. Come and learn a natural approach to supporting our wellbeing throughout our lives.

"We would like to see all women enjoy the natural processes and transitions that we experience during our lives, from periods to pregnancy through to menopause - free from pain, discomfort, depression, anxiety. The Whole Woman Workshops are an opportunity to explore a natural approach to these phases and throughout your life." Nicki Edgell.
