rich tahini salad dressing 2-3 tbsp flax oil (or extra virgin olive oil) 2 tsp soya lecithin granules (optional) juice of ½ lime or lemon 1 dessert spoon tahini ½ tsp freshly ground mustard seeds ¼ teaspoon finely chopped garlic ½ tsp finely chopped root ginger 1-2 tbsp finely chopped fresh herbs of your choice black pepper and tamari or liquid amino acids to taste 1.
