quinoa salad
1 cup quinoa
1-2 tsps tahini
juice of ½ lemon or lime
3-4 spring onions, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1-2 handfuls watercress, choppes
¼ cup sunflower seeds, soaked overnight
black pepper and tamari or liquid amino acids to taste (optional)
1. Boil quinoa for 15-20 minutes ot until soft
2. Drain except for a little water, and stir in tahini
Mix in remaining ingredients and serve
