mash recipes Here are some ideas on how to make yummy dairy-free mashed potato, as well as some other vegetables you can use in your mash. And I would encourage you to experiment with your own combinations. mashed potato potato a generous knob of coconut oil or butter rice or almond milk a little turmeric and nutmeg to taste 1.
