millet and quinoa porridge
½ cup of both millet and quinoa flakes
1 tbsp soaked linseeds and soaking liquid
Rice milk
Coconut oil
Flax oil
Lecithin
Bee pollen optional
Desiccated coconut optional
Sweetener if needed such as molasses or brown rice syrup
1. add 1.5 litres of milk to millet and quinoa in saucepan
2. add linseeds
3. heat gently, stirring occasionally
4. when reached desired consistency add 1 tbsp each of flax and lecithin
and tsp of coconut oil
5. add bee pollen if desired and sweeten if needed
