nut milk recipe
This is wonderful on its own, or with supplements such as oils, lecithin
and bee pollen stirred in.
You can also add berries or bananas to this to make a nut milkshake.
To make a thicker, creamier milk, use less water - or try Dawn's almond cream recipe.
125g almonds, brazils or cashew nuts
1.5-2 pints water
agave syrup or honey to sweeten (optional)
1. Soak nuts overnight, drain and rinse.
2. Whizz up in blender with water
3. Seive through a double layer of muslin.
4. Sweeten to taste
