1 tin sardines or tuna in olive oil
1/2 cup finely grated and squeezed carrots
1 tsp natural mustard
finely chopped spring onions
Discard the oil from the sardines, place in a serving bowl and mash with
a fork; mix the mashed sardines with the rest of the ingredients to taste.
Serve. You can store the rest for up to 3 days.
