spring in your step soup
1 onion
1 potato
8 to 10 heads of nettles (Spring nettles are very tender. Nip about 5
inches off - good luck with being stung...great for the nervous
system.)
coconut oil
liquid aminos
a pinch of cayenne pepper
1. Chop up the onion and potato, and fry them in a little coconut oil
on a low heat until the potato softens a little.
2 . Add nettles and fry a bit.
3. Add filtered water enough to cover and a bit more and leave to simmer
until the potatoes are soft.
4. Whizz in the blender.
5. When serving add coconut oil,braggs to taste and a pinch of cayenne
pepper.Boy you can feel the goodness.
